All Goods sold are non-refundable. All items are carefully made to order therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind. Please reach out to us here if you have any issues with your goods. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have and if any goods you receive are faulty, we are happy to resolve them. Any chains Purchased cannot be repaired if broken after use.
